Our story
The repair shop that drives to your driveway
Wireless Options is Gary — a mobile phone repair service based on Alameda Street in Vallejo. Instead of asking you to drop your phone off and wait, we drive to you: your house, your office, your job site. The repair happens in our mobile repair vehicle parked out front, and the phone comes back to you charged and working.
We answer the phone around the clock, seven days a week. Call on a Sunday evening and we'll be out front Monday morning. Sometimes we don't even need to come out — a few minutes on the phone is enough to diagnose the problem and talk you through the fix.
Customers have been coming back to us for close to a decade, and most of our work still arrives by word of mouth: a coworker, a neighbor, a parent who has already had three cracked screens fixed this year.

What customers say
“Gary was the best. He travelled to me, was communicative, and had my phone like brand new in 30 minutes! I called him on a Sunday evening and he was out front of my house at 9AM! Give this man all your phone repair business! Also, the price was very reasonable and made this process so much easier!!”
“Gary was amazing! My wife's phone had a shattered screen, and she needed an emergency repair. He came to our house, took her phone to his mobile repair vehicle, and returned it within an hour—fully charged and looking brand new. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”
“Gary came to my place of work almost a decade ago to repair my broken screen and was fantastic. Not only are his services affordable, he is respectful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He will always be my go-to for cell phone repair and I will recommend him to anyone in need of cell phone repair in the future!”
